Shipping Policy | Under the Paws

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Under the Paws website (underthepaws.in).

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or
public holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or
WhatsApp once your order is placed.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days across India.
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days.
Remote areas and North East India: 7–10 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner and your location.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available across most pincodes in India. A COD handling charge of ₹30 applies. Availability is
confirmed at checkout based on your delivery pincode.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number and courier
partner details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website or app.

IMPORTANT NOTES
We currently deliver within India only.
Under the Paws is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, local disruptions, or
incorrect delivery information provided at the time of ordering.
Please ensure your delivery address, name, and phone number are accurate. Orders cannot be redirected
once dispatched.
In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If delivery fails
again, the order may be returned to us.
