These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website underthepaws.in ("the Website") and
your purchase of products from Under the Paws, a sole proprietorship registered under MSME (Reg. No.
UDYAM-HR-05-0197173), GST No. 06CUIPS7577N1ZJ, operating in Haryana, India ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be
bound by these Terms.

1. ABOUT UNDER THE PAWS
Under the Paws is a sole proprietorship engaged in the retail of pet accessories, operating online through
underthepaws.in. All orders, invoices, and GST documents are issued under the trade name Under the Paws
with GST No. 06CUIPS7577N1ZJ.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering
into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and
availability at any time without prior notice.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are
processed through Razorpay.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
A COD handling charge of ₹30 applies to all COD orders. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD
being restricted for the relevant account.

6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at support.underthepaws@gmail.com
or WhatsApp +91 89288 15513. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Under the Paws is not liable for delays caused by courier
partners, weather events, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

8. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Returns are available on selective items only — please refer to individual product descriptions and our
Return & Refund Policy published on the Website. For most items, a replacement-only policy applies.
Additional charges including shipping may be incurred for customer-initiated changes or exchanges.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website — including the Under the Paws name, logo, product descriptions, images, and
written content — is owned by or licensed to Under the Paws and is protected under applicable Indian
intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written
permission.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Website and products are provided on an "as is" basis. Under the Paws makes no warranties regarding
suitability, reliability, or accuracy. Always supervise pets when using new products.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under the Paws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability
shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Under the Paws from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from
your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts in Haryana, India.

changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
